Duties & Taxes
Do I Have to Pay Import Duties and Taxes?
Taxes and Duties on Orders
-
UK customers: VAT is included in your purchase and shown at checkout. The price you see is the final price.
-
International customers: Any applicable local taxes, handling fees, or import duties are your responsibility. These are set by your country’s customs authority and vary by product type and value.
-
If pre-pay options for duties/taxes are available at checkout, this will be clearly displayed. If not, you must pay these charges directly to your local customs authority upon delivery.
International Orders & Import Regulations
-
You are responsible for ensuring that the products you purchase comply with your country’s import laws and regulations.
-
If an order is stopped, seized, or destroyed by customs, and the products are not returned to us, no refund will be issued.
-
If items are returned, a refund will be processed once the products are received in their original condition. Any return shipping costs or fees charged by the courier will be deducted from your refund.
Important for International Customers
-
Customs policies differ between countries. All international orders are shipped VAT-free.
-
You are fully responsible for any additional import charges. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering.
Your Responsibility
-
It is your responsibility to check whether the items you are ordering can legally be imported into your country.
-
This includes restrictions on nicotine products, strength limits, or quantity limitations.
Customs Charges:
- Any customs charges, handling fees, or import duties imposed during the shipping process are not included in our prices and must be paid by you, the recipient.
Delivery Delays:
- International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, which can cause delays outside of our control. Please allow extra time for delivery.
Check Before You Order
To avoid unexpected charges or issues, we advise all international customers to check their country’s import regulations before ordering. Being prepared helps ensure a smoother delivery process.
