Shipping Methods & Costs

  • 24 Hour Tracked Delivery (Next Day) – £4.50

  • 48 Hour Tracked Delivery – £4.00

  • International (DHL Express) – Calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

All paid orders are shipped via your chosen method at checkout. Free sample orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Large Letter (not signed for) with an estimated delivery time of 2–4 working days.

Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3pm: Dispatched same working day.

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday after 3pm: Dispatched the next working day.

  • Orders placed Saturday–Sunday: Dispatched Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Estimated Delivery
Dispatch times provided on our website are estimates only and not guaranteed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

If you have not received your order within 5 working days of dispatch (UK) or within the estimated DHL timeframe (international), please contact our support team so we can investigate.

Responsibility for Delivery

  • Risk passes to you once your order is delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  • Ownership of the products passes to you once payment has been received in full.

Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive delivery and the parcel cannot be posted through your letterbox, the courier will leave instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot.

If you do not rearrange delivery or collect your parcel, it will be returned to us. You may request re-shipment (at your cost) or a refund of the product value only (original shipping costs are non-refundable).

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived, you must notify us within 21 days of the order date for us to treat it as missing. During busy postal periods, please allow an additional 3 working days before contacting us.


International Orders

Duties & Taxes

  • UK orders include VAT, clearly shown at checkout.

  • International orders are shipped VAT-free. Any local taxes, import duties, or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to your local customs authority or courier before delivery.

  • If a pre-pay duties/taxes option is available at checkout, it will be shown. If not, you must pay these charges directly to customs upon delivery.

Customs Regulations

  • Customs policies vary by country. It is your responsibility to ensure the products you order are legal to import. This includes restrictions on nicotine products, strength limits, or quantity caps.

  • If an order is stopped, seized, or destroyed by customs and not returned to us, no refund will be issued.

  • If the order is returned, any return fees charged by DHL or customs will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery Delays
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, which can cause delays beyond our control. Please allow additional delivery time.
