About Pouchline
Pouchline started life in 2019 as First Line Pods, the UK's first online shop dedicated to nicotine pouches. Back then most people had never heard of a white pouch, and "snus" was something you brought home from a trip to Sweden. We set out to make tobacco free pouches easy to buy in the UK, with real choice and fast delivery.
We were the first retailer to bring brands like ICEBERG, CANDYS, SUPREME, KURWA and MAD to European customers, and one of the first to stock KILLA in the UK. By October 2021 we had packed our 10,000th order. In 2023 we launched MAGGIE, our own flavour led range inspired by Jamaica, starting with Cherry Tonic Wine. In 2025 First Line Pods became Pouchline, with a new look and a rebuilt website.

Choose your strength
Every can shows its nicotine content in milligrams per pouch, and that is the number to compare. Some brands also print mg/g, the amount per gram of pouch material, which runs higher and is not the same measure. Our strength guide explains the difference. We group every product into five bands:
- Light, 0 to 4mg: a gentle starting point
- Regular, 5 to 6mg: the most popular everyday strength
- Strong, 7 to 9mg: for regular users who want more
- Extra Strong, 10 to 13mg: a noticeably bigger hit
- Ultra Strong, over 13mg: for experienced users only
If you are new to nicotine pouches, start in the Light or Regular band and move up only if you need to.

Which nicotine pouch strength should I choose?
Compare the mg per pouch figure on the can. If you are new to pouches, start with a Light (0 to 4mg) or Regular (5 to 6mg) pouch and move up only if you need to. Our strength guide explains mg per pouch and mg/g.
How fast is delivery?
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday leave us the same working day. Choose 24 hour tracked delivery for next day arrival or 48 hour tracked to save a little. Weekend orders go out on Monday. UK delivery is free when you spend over £50.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes. International orders ship with DHL Express, with the price worked out at checkout. Local taxes or import duties are paid by the customer.
Can I return nicotine pouches?
Because pouches are a consumable product, we cannot take back cans you no longer want or flavours ordered by mistake. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, email support@pouchline.com with your order number and a photo and we will put it right with a replacement or refund.
My order has not arrived. What should I do?
Every UK order is tracked, so check your tracking link first. If it has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, email support@pouchline.com and we will track it down. Please let us know within 21 days of ordering.
What does snus mean in the UK?
In the UK, people say snus when they mean tobacco free nicotine pouches. A pouch is a small white sachet of plant fibre, flavouring and nicotine that you tuck under your top lip. There is no smoke, no vapour and nothing to light. Our guide to snus in the UK explains where the word comes from.

Is snus the same as a nicotine pouch?
Not quite. Traditional Swedish snus is made with ground tobacco. Nicotine pouches, sometimes called white snus or nicopods, contain no tobacco leaf at all. Everything Pouchline sells is a tobacco free nicotine pouch.
How do you use a nicotine pouch?
Take one pouch from the can and place it between your top lip and gum. You will usually feel a tingle within a few minutes as the nicotine and flavour start to release. Keep it in for as long as you like, up to about an hour, then put the used pouch in the lid compartment and bin it.
What are nicotine pouches made of?
A typical pouch holds plant based fillers such as microcrystalline cellulose, food grade flavourings and sweeteners, a little salt or pH adjuster, water and nicotine. The exact recipe varies by brand, and each product page lists its strength.
How should I store my pouches?
Keep cans closed and somewhere cool, below 27°C and out of direct sunlight. Stored that way, pouches stay fresh for up to 12 months, but always check the best before date on the can.
Is it legal to buy snus in the UK?
