The maker says they contain plant based cellulose and fibre, nicotine and flavourings, with no tobacco leaf. Is CUBA NINJA 150 Really 150mg Per Pouch?

No. The "150" is 150mg per gram. UK retailers list each 0.52g NINJA 150 pouch at about 78mg of nicotine, with 25 pouches per can. That is still far stronger than anything else in the CUBA range, so NINJA 150 is only for very experienced nicotine users.

What Is the CUBA Limited Ice Edition?

Announced by CUBA in September 2026, the Limited Ice Edition comes in three flavours, Ice Mint, Ice Fruit and Ice Berry, each with a white pouch (ICE WHITE) or a black pouch (ICE BLACK). Each pouch holds 30mg of nicotine (46mg/g), with 22 pouches per can.

What Are CUBA MEGA Cans?

A MEGA can holds 300 pouches instead of the usual 20, with exactly the same pouches and strength as the standard can. We stock MEGA cans of WHITE Cherry and Double Fresh, and BLACK Cherry, Peach, Blueberry and Double Fresh.

How Do You Use CUBA Nicotine Pouches?

Place one pouch under your upper lip. The maker says the flavour and nicotine release for up to 60 minutes, but you can take it out whenever you like. Don't chew or swallow it, and bin the used pouch. With BLACK, NINJA 150 and ICE, keep your first session short.

Is CUBA Snus?

Are There Side Effects?

CUBA pouches contain nicotine, which is addictive, and unwanted effects can happen. ASH lists nausea, vomiting, headaches and dizziness among reported effects, especially for people who are not used to nicotine.
