For international orders - It is your responsibility to ensure that the items you order can legally be imported into your country. This includes checking for any restrictions on nicotine products or limitations on quantities. 

For UK orders - The price at checkout is the final price. You do not have to pay import duties as it is shipped from within the UK.

Our cut-off time for Next Day Delivery is 2:00 PM. Orders placed before this time will be dispatched the same day for delivery on the next working day.

If you're not home when a Royal Mail delivery is attempted, they will usually leave a "Something for You" card, indicating why they couldn't deliver and providing instructions for redelivery or collection. 

The item will be held at the designated Local Delivery Office, which may not be your nearest one. You'll have 18 days to arrange redelivery or collect it before it's returned to the sender.

Yes, if it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Email us at support@pouchline.com with your order number and the change you need as soon as possible. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day, so the sooner you get in touch the better. Once an order has left us, we can’t change it.
