Is this snus and/or do you sell snus?

No, this is not snus and we do not sell snus!

Our products are called nicotine pods/pouches and are used in a similar way to traditional snus, there’s a key difference. Traditional snus contains tobacco, the products we sell are built with natural fibres and are 100% tobacco free.

Snus belongs to a category of traditional oral tobacco products with currently high relevance among tobacco consumers across specific geographies (e.g. Sweden, Norway, USA).

Why am I experiencing a burning sensation?

First-time users might experience a slight burn under the lip which will gradually reduce as the body’s oral system gets used to the product. Depending on the nicotine strength of the product, this burn can intensify. A way of reducing the burn is either to change position of the nicotine pouch or put it on the tongue for a while. You can also sip on a glass of water or spit out the excessive saliva.

Can Nicotine Pouches which are close/past expiry still be used?

Yes, you can still use them. The bags can dry out and the effect of nicotine can be a lot less.

My Nicotine Pouches are yellowish in color. Is this bad?

No, nicotine often naturally turns yellow when exposed to oxygen. For example, people who smoke a lot often get yellow fingers or nails.
