What Is SUPREME?
SUPREME is one of the strongest nicotine pouch ranges we sell. The pouches are slim, white and tobacco free, about 0.65g each, in sweet fruit, drink and candy flavours. Every SUPREME can is in our Ultra Strong category and is only for very experienced nicotine users.
SUPREME Strengths Explained
The number on a SUPREME can is nicotine per gram, not per pouch. With a 0.65g pouch:
- 120mg/g: about 78mg per pouch (Summer Explosion, Raspberry, Banana Milkshake, Mint Lime, Fruit Juice, Super Melon).
- 100mg/g: about 65mg per pouch (Watermelon Bubblegum, Currant Mix, Passion Fruit).
- 60mg/g: about 39mg per pouch (Grape).
Even the lightest SUPREME holds several times the nicotine of a regular pouch. Our titles show both figures, for example SUPREME Summer Explosion 78MG (120MG/G).
SUPREME Flavours
- Fruit: Summer Explosion, Raspberry, Super Melon, Currant Mix, Passion Fruit and Grape.
- Drinks: creamy Banana Milkshake and tropical Fruit Juice.
- Candy: Watermelon Bubblegum.
- Fresh: Mint Lime.

Is SUPREME Right for Me?
Only if you are a very experienced user who already finds ultra strong pouches manageable. SUPREME is not a step up from regular pouches. If you have never used nicotine, don't start.
How to Use SUPREME Pouches
Place one pouch under your upper lip and take it out whenever you like. Don't chew or swallow it, and put the used pouch in the bin. With pouches this strong, keep your first one very short.
Is SUPREME Snus?
People often search for SUPREME snus, but the pouches contain no tobacco leaf. Traditional snus is made with tobacco; SUPREME is a tobacco free nicotine pouch.
Side Effects
Nicotine is addictive. A pouch that is too strong for you can cause hiccups, nausea, dizziness or a racing heart. If that happens, take the pouch out straight away.
